When can I phone Customer Service?

You can phone any time, but we ask that all non-urgent work requests be placed through the online work order system. You should call immediately when a facility issue poses a threat of injury to humans or animals, damage to facilities, or loss of research. When in doubt about the urgency of an issue, call. We will help asses the problem and dispatch a facility worker if necessary.

If you are certain that your request is not an emergency, please use the online work order form. Once work is assigned, you will be given contact information for the worker, shop or project manager and you may call them directly or call Customer Service and be directed to the appropriate shop.
