Facilities Management and Design & Construction Management are two operating units in the Administrative & Resource Management division of UC Davis. Facilities Management is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of buildings, building systems and utilities at UC Davis. Design & Construction Management (known as Architects & Engineers before October 2009) generally handles large construction projects on campus, such as new buildings or major additions. The Project Management group in Design & Construction Management handles many renovation and building alteration projects on campus.
